Wet and Miserable

That about sums up the weather today thankfully not me . I got up a little later than normal for a Saturday 1st off a trip to the local butchers to get a few bits and then headed back home through the local park to see if i could find a blip. This old rose sums up the weather it was misty and damp. 
Pleased to have found a blip I headed home to get some breakfast with no plans to head out any more as the rain had started to fall again.
 That all changed in the afternoon when I plugged the Christmas tree lights in and they stopped working so a trip to Tesco to get some new ones. Back home and we have put them on the tree not wanting to strip the tree down they are on top of the tinsel but they still look fine.
Just finished watching some football on tv will settle down to a film later on and a few beers
