The Gate

Today has been about wrapping presents, cleaning up, and walking down to the local centre with my daughter to scout out decorations. The tree has been up for a week, but she is keen to decorate more of the house. 

This is a gate in the wall on the way. There are some charming places round here. 

Thank you for the concern expressed about my friend. She is still in hospital, not improving at the moment, but no worse either. The next two days will be key.
