LIGHT ON A DREARY DAY

A busy day today.  Just getting two parcels ready to post out either tomorrow orTuesday.  Prettying up the remainder of the Christmas presents as well.  Also getting things sorted for Hubby's birthday tomorrow.

Will address the Christmas cards (already written) and stamp them ready for posting on Tuesday.  We're not allowed to open, put up or send out any Christmas cards until after Hubby's birthday - family tradition.  However these days I do put up the Christmas deccies around the 1st or 2nd of December, simply because I get too impatient to wait any longer.

This is part of our lounge done up like Santa's Grotto.   You'll have to excuse white door with a brown surround in background.  It was going to re-decorated this year, with new doors and windows and a new 3 piece suite but of course that hasn't happened.  May get round to some of it next year now - we hope!!!!  Still it doesn't look too awful.

I thought this was a nice cheery Christmassy scene to cheer up such a horrible day.  At l east at the moment we can see across The Bay now, not been able to all day!!!
