Heron & spire

Even though it was grey, windy, and threatening rain I thought I'd better go out for while.
I spent an enjoyable hour photographing sparrows, blue tits, great tits, a robin, and a chaffinch.
Even so, I like this heron best. 
United drew 0-0 in one of the dullest derbies in living memory.
Happily I had my call with K to distract me.
