Sunset

We had to leave the flat in the morning as Nara came. He had a big job of finishing cleaning last week's spill. It still felt sticky on the tiles, so I suggested he use detergent. All back to normal again when we got home.

We spent the time in Dubai Mall... drinking a coffee at Segafredo and then browsing a few stores - Muji and Waitrose - which I have to say, it quite a supermarket. More expensive than even Spinneys, but boy, do they have some amazing things.

Back home for lunch. My double espresso in the morning kept me awake through the afternoon! G cancelled her lesson in the evening, so we took a little picnic and ate it at the beach. For a change, we actually put the chairs out. It got cold after the sun went down! Lovely!

We came home via Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. They had their festive lights on. G managed to get a shot through the windscreen. We should have started putting some decorations up but it can wait until tomorrow.
