Little antique doll

Not a good photo but it will have to do.
Had this for more than 30 years and forget exactly how long. My dad gave it to me.
It lives in a sealed plastic tube but I took it out for the pic.
No idea how my dad got, probably handed down to him and no idea of its origin.
I wouldn't expect it to be worth much, especially with a broken arm.
Looks a bit sinister!
