The adventures of Atlas

Hub’s uncle, who lives across the pond levee, called last night saying that Atlas, his young Siberian Husky had been missing since about 10 AM. We all love this big goofy dog so it was upsetting. Uncle Billy called this morning. It seems Atlas went to church 36 miles away!! The sweet church folk contacted the vet on his rabies tag and the owner was identified. While they waited for us to arrive, they said Atlas sang Christmas Carols with them! They were videoing virtual church and he howled along with the singing. They said he made their morning. We suspect some thief saw this gorgeous sweet dog and stole him then Atlas got away and went to church! :—) our little Christmas miracle. See the extras.
