Where's the driver

I got to the bus stop this morning to find the door shut and no-one in sight. As I walked around the bus I noticed the driver asleep stretched across the back seat. 1 minute before scheduled departure I heard an alarm sound, the driver woke up, walked to the front of the bus, opened the doors and normal service resumed.
