Still open

A grab shot while going to the postbox to put another couple of cards in the post.

The barbers and hairdressers have remained open under the current constraints, and will continue to serve customers even after Wednesday when, apparently, we are going into Tier 3 restrictions. It won't make any difference to us as we have continued to be cautious, avoiding indoor environments where possible (except at home, of course) and meeting few people outdoors.  I do feel that the "lockdown holiday" over Christmas, when people will be allowed to travel and mix more freely, could be a mistake;  we can only hope that people will not take the opportunity to mix too freely with multiple households - but I don't have much faith in many of my fellow humans.
