Organising a race out of the back of a car ...

... normally means a low-key (running) race where the organiser can turn up with minimal preparation and just run things from his car: register runners and issue race numbers, time the finishers, etc.
For better or worse Sunday's Ilkley Moor fell race has grown to be much bigger than that and this is just one of the car-loads full of 'stuff' required ... chocolate race prizes, tent, barrier tape, admin stuff, marshals' bibs, club flag, finish lane posts, registration/results tables and chairs, and more.
