Watching the birdie #12

Another 7 hours sleep, not in one go, but ok.......a bit brighter early doors, but it clouded over and the rain started again, mid morning.

Hub facetimed, had an ok night, but lots of disturbance during the night. He is tired and a bit emotional, but doing ok. Some signs of things moving in the right direction. His consultant saw him this evening, she is happy, but has booked a scan for mid week to have a look whats happening internally.

I sent hub a photo of our iron, with a quote saying "I've found it!" Not normally me that does our ironing ;-) Whilst I was ironing in one of the spare bedrooms, I heard this blackbird. causing a bit of a commotion, fortunately I had taken my camera upstairs just in case ;-)

After lunch I decided to get out for some fresh air and exercise so walked down into town.... seemed really strange on my own :-/ Collected a loaf in the bakery, then to the hardware shop, needed several different lightbulbs for the kitchen and for new bedside lights which we bought a good few weeks back. Hub had wanted to put them into the bedroom straight away but I wanted to wait until after the new shutters have been fitted.... but Ive given in, thought Id surprise him when he gets home ;-)

I had chilli meatballs and jacket potato for dinner this evening, should have put some veg with it, but couldnt be bothered :-/

Spent most of tonight either on the phone, emailing or messaging, seems to be all I do at the moment!
