le fez, the barber, has been open in totnes for 34 years but he wouldn't cut my hair as he was only doing clients who had pre-booked - despite his salon being empty!
i eventually tracked down the barber i had visited 5 years ago. cindy cut my hair whilst having contractions - she was 6 weeks early! i was glad to be gone before the baby arrived!
