Swinsty Reservoir

Some advice - do not attempt to go round Swinsty reservoir! The Water Authority have closed the route over the dam wall and have diverted the path. The diversion adds 3 miles to the walk and is extremely muddy - at times the mud was half way up my wellies. It was hard work at times. The plus side is two very tired dogs. The work is said to be completed by 2022!!
