Typical quarantine day:
7.30 wake up (snooze for 30mins)
8.00 run (wickwar rangeworthy area)
Toast breakfast yoga news scrolling
10 start work (mainly three day online conference)
Lunch when bored
17 Portuguese class (I have four this week due to bank holiday!)
19 finish day (Portuguese teacher usually late, we are meant to finish at 18.30)
Microwave dinner
Ringing friends
Reading books (yay!)

In order words, this is not difficult on a work day! Curfew weekends were much worse!!!
