Yet another full on day

I’m getting too old for this volunteering lark! Didn’t stop from the minute I arrived till almost 1 - barely managed a drink of water but I did enjoy a lovely coffee courtesy of the charity manager.

Quick pit stop for lunch and back at it - busy old day but managed to have an hour with my friend Susan before heading home for dinner of salmon and rice.

Nice catch up call with our son and his girlfriend before starting to watch The Queens gambit on Netflix - 20 minutes in to episode 1 and it looks promising.

Mr PHL thanks you for your good wishes and is much improved today (he can be seen in the extra). Phin’s eyes are also healing nicely.
