Sundown

Still working on our accounts and paying the price for being so slovenly throughout the year! Still, we are getting there slowly. The sun came out after lunch, so we went for a walk.  I think that is known as diversionary behaviour.  I marinaded some lamb steaks in lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil with sea salt and fresh rosemary and thyme from the garden.  I fried it off hard and then let it rest whilst I fried the accompaniment of leeks and par boiled carrots. 'twas rather yum!
