Beach day

It was a beautiful sunny day and we took the dogs to the beach at the other end of the island. The wind was from the south and so it wasn’t too cold.
This is Daisy who is now fully recovered from her emergency operation. It was her first trip to the beach since her recovery.
There were three boys working on their surfing skills. The sea looks calm here but there were some good waves.
Indie got a shock as he paddled in a rock pool which suddenly shelved into a deep pool. He found himself swimming which was a shock for him as he doesn’t ‘do’ swimming. The car is now incredibly sandy.
