Notes: Woke early  and then think I dozed a bit. Worked on class stuff in the morning and big aha on Personal Power  - split off part of myself in youth and have been leaking power (not shocking). Little bit outside just in the garden and then showered and head to Gulfport to meet Tami & Jill (staying in Palm Harbor). Their 30th anniv, also 3rd anniv of losing Debbie (Bosler) - sent text to Gara, now in Sullivan, IL. Nice afternoon catching up, walked a bit and out to the beach. Back and quick shower just before 5p. Made light dinner.
