Lit

I ran halfway up the hill today before I needed to stop and walk. I have given myself until the end of January to regain my hill fitness. The town is so peaceful in the morning.

My parents appear unable to resist the urge to pop into a shop for contrived purposes. So frustrating as we head into a higher restriction level because of increased infection levels. My sister and I have repeatedly offered to deliver whatever they need and wish that they would minimise the risks and keep away from the wider population.
