After This Splendid Sunrise

An early start as Sushi and I were heading across to Manchester to collect Eldest from university for his Christmas break. After this splendid sunrise was a lovely start to the day but as soon as we set off the rain started and didn’t stop the whole 5 hours it took to get there and back.

I was amazed as to how many cars were on the road considering we are not supposed to travel except for essential journeys. There was no reduction from a normal Sunday travelling across the M62....at least it meant that we didn’t need our prepared answers incase we were stopped!
