Soothing times...

...in the entertainment room.

I've had a niggling sore back for a couple of days and today was quite uncomfortable sitting at work.

When I got home all I wanted to do is lay flat, which I did listening to music and watching a film.

It was an entertaining film, of the action/scifi kind with a bit of retro nostalgia thrown in. Brutally violent in places but was a good hour and twenty minutes of bad back distraction.

Back pain = 2.5/10
