Mr C had his chest X-ray this morning - no hanging about there, all very efficient

What a contrast to yesterday. Wet grey and miserable outside, so I decided to work on the family year book. I’m only up to July even though I tried to keep up earlier in the year. Looking back, we did have a lovely summer.

In homage to John Le Carre, a good old boy in our view, we watched some of the Alec Guinness Smiley. It does stand up well.

I’m off to make some Madhur Jaffrey Curried Cauliflower and Potatoes.
