Lunchtime Planning

Lunchtime Planning:
So just after lunch before Sue went out we discussed the timings of the meal I was to prepare for her return. I have to admit this is one part of cooking that I am still a 'novice' ie in which order should I do things. Sue's vast experience was brought to bear and we came up with 'The Plan'. Our children and their partners at this point will be smiling as meals are usually not on time when they come to visit. I did the right thing and  did not say a word at all. At the end I served it up about 15 minutes late BUT I do have to say that someone who will remain nameless came home late and she had the onion bargees and samosas :)
