Despite spending far too long sitting on the sofa watching Wires this morning I made sure I took at least the necessary one photo whilst sitting there and eventually got some outside in though the exercise benefits of cycling up a long hill are probably slightly countered by having to breathe in lungsful of bonfire-smoke during the ascent due to the antisocial arsewit in Juniper Green who thought it would be a good day to set fire to everything in their garden. Not quite as annoying as the codger who's always creating bonfires beside the Stockbridge-Dean section of the path on weekday lunchtimes so that anyone out for a nice lunchtime walk stinks by the time they get back.
