Stripes

Been out for a lot of the day - had coffee early in town, outside but under cover before heading home to prepare for a funeral. What an odd time - so few folk are able to attend and this was an elderly lady whose friends had nearly all gone ahead of her; her brother has dementia and could not come so it was a very short service, few attendees, no singing etc etc.  We did go and have a pleasant lunch in a local pub afterwards which was fabulous and chatted about her and her adventurous life.  She sounds like she'd certainly lived her life well. Now settling down to wait for the final zoom session in this camera club year....maybe a tipple will be enjoyed as we say Happy Christmas to one another.
