Nana

I came across this photo today of Mum's mother, we knew as Nana. What a stunning photo. Oh how I love film!

Mum's sister passed away today. Katie was the last of the siblings. It's the end or an era for that generation on my Potter side. I feel very sad.

Other than lots of messages and a video call, I had physio today. Some exercises have dropped off and new ones added.

The focus is on training my brain to understand moving up and down, and strengthening my hips and legs. There's some good challenges to keep me busy.

The 2 Otago uni students returned for a couple of hours this afternoon and made smashing progress. I helped them weed for a while and left them to it. They're trustworthy and work well.
