Rose

This Rose has many buds , grown outdoors in large pots I’m not sure what to do them , whether to cut them back or just let them flower , the are quite sheltered , and get the sun . I don’t think anything has changed re covic tiers , I’m just now waiting for the vaccine which should be soon .
