Hung around for the best part of an hour this morning waiting for the BT Meet Me conference call, only to be told it had been pulled at 4.30 last night.

They’ll be paying for my time anyway.

Then I wandered down to Aldi, expecting mayhem. But it was nowhere near as bad as I had feared. Maybe Xmas really has been cancelled. Maybe they’ll all be out over the weekend.
