Bright

A few days ago I commented that the local Christmas lights didn't amount to much. Although quite a lot of houses have outside illuminations, none (or very few) fell into the 'spectacular' category.

"You should see those on the Larbert Road," said my cousin, and so this evening I did. The expression "over the top" comes to mind. It certainly stands out.
