Weeping Willow

A very apt title considering the year we have all had. It was good to meet my sister today and have a coffee with her. We went to the cafe/restaurant by the side of the weir across the River Wharfe at Otley, sitting on a wall outside and well and truly putting the world to rights.
I took her some of my Lego kits to pass on to my niece’s sons. They gave me pleasure and now it’s their turn. They are pretty advanced kits but I think they will be at an age now to do them together.
Unfortunately this year will be the first year that she hasn’t been down in London with them all when they open their presents. Quite a sad thought but millions of people will be in the same boat.
