Double Celebration

What a day!  
Me and Mrs MD got to the top of Mt. Everest - including the extra metre - around 11am today.  We celebrated with a glass of Asti rather than our normal Yorkshire Gold elevenses.
I thought the treadmill might ice up a bit near the summit, but our central heating was up to the job :-)  
It appears that today I have also reached another milestone - 3,000 Blips - which equates to just over 8 years Blipping.  Where did all those years go? - it genuinely doesn't seem so long.
Just having a quick look back over the years it's easy to forget just what normality was like - no social distancing when meeting people, shopping without masks, exploring towns and buildings, visiting pubs and cafes  ....etc. etc.
I won't be too sad about moving on from 2020.
