All quiet on the Shambles front

Our market is held in a church hall. Today was quiet. Because of social distancing, we have only six stalls now, so this is half of them. It's not clear to anyone when we'll be allowed more.

I did ok, not brilliantly, but it was good for me to have a slower day. To bookend my day, on my way in, I bumped into a current child from nursery who greeted me enthusiastically and wanted to know which vegetables I'd be buying in the market. On my way out, I bumped into a former nursery attender who told me all about his new school. Of course, I hadn't seen him since the first lockdown, so that was a delightful encounter.

This evening will be spent doing craft activities. Or something.
