'80's reminiscence day

I collected my testing kits from the hospital while mum had her pre procedure covid test.

Next stop was the Sands Centre in town. Mum had needed to get her money back for a show that had been cancelled in January. The whole place is undergoing a massive refurbishment. It was built in the early '80's and we spent a lot of time there was student nurses doing the keep fit classes, playing squash, using the sunbeds! and chilling in the massive jacuzzi - happy days. Anyway a lady gave mum a phone number to ring for a refund.
Pets at home to follow. I bought a back of beech chipping to used as tortoise bedding incase Toria's pet Billy needs to come with her for Christmas.
I drove to Newcastle listening to the best of Def Leppard. Tom wasn't well (a fibromyalgia flare up). Will was ready and waiting and it didnt take long to pack the car up. He's the last one out of the house and was pleased to be coming home.
