On our round the block amble this morning, Archie spotted this sofa and lamp combo - free to a good home, and he immediately jumped up on it and posed. Well trained or what... 

He went out with Elizabeth this afternoon - she had a change of plans so today suited her better. Though her plans have changed again to fit in with new travel restrictions. The weather forecast was for rain all day, but they had a dry, though muddy in parts, walk.

Then, while JR went out for a brisk walk, I popped to see Uncle A for a while. And my protein mix arrived. I tried some, and it was pleasantly NICE.

In the evening we went over to the only other member of our wee bubble - Hazel. Edinburgh is now a ‘Covid hot spot’ again. Yikes! Hazel has gone to town with real Christmas table, door and mantlepiece displays, even though we’re the only two other people seeing them. Honoured.
