Another Fun Filter....Or Fungi to Camellias

It was quite sunny and pleasant this morning and agreed to play nine holes of golf with a friend early afternoon. It was terrific to see her, and how often do we play golf on December 18th?!  But by the time we were done it was cold and windy and the rain we're expecting was not far away. 

I've been wanting to photograph the first Camellia sasanqua 'Yuletide' blossom since it emerged Wednesday on my birthday. It's just been too dark. So brilliant idea - I cut it and brought it inside! As I was processing it, I hit the "posterize" button in Affinity Photo by mistake and look what happened! I've made this mistake before, but it's never been as successful as this image. The un-posterized version is in the extras. I'd love to hear your thoughts!
