Black eye

Still feeling a bit queasy and sore and then to add to tragedy I hit the side of my eye on a door. Plus my daughters new puppy was attacked by a big dog in the park. ‘Appy was most upset but he looks a bit better today.
I used to be a first aider so 20 minutes of ice and arnica helped.
