Ripley Deer

Today we had a lovely morning for a walk around Ripley.
The light was quite striking as it often is at this time of year. 
I took this shot of the deer in the grounds of the Ripley estate by resting my camera on the top of the high wall and squinting at the rear display from below. It was the closest I could get to them. 
Today's extra was taken by the the castle buildings against a dramatic sky.
