Solstice

.......is the name of this narrowboat, the first boat I’ve seen for ages on the Leigh Branch of the Leeds/Liverpool Canal at Wigan Local Nature Reserve this morning.
It was heading towards Wigan and has just passed Bridge 2, also called Moss Bridge.
This stretch of canal and Flashes is one of our favourite areas to walk, offering great open views and an abundance of wildlife all year round!
