The sun .....

shone most of the day and here, on the descent from the viewpoint, it lit the Castle Lodge and the Larches in the woodlands around. There were Wrens and Crossbills, Goldfinches and Bullfinches.
On return, started to paint twigs and leaves I collected to create a Gaelic alphabet, where each letter is represented by a different tree;
Ailm, Beith, Coll, Dair, Eash, Fearn etc.
