Water tower

This morning we had Arthur's funeral. It was a lovely service despite the circumstances and it was dry and fair for the burial.

Two of the local farmers came out and stood by the roadside to honour the hearse. It was so moving, it meant a lot to the family. Sometimes small gestures make such a difference.

I took this photo of the water tower today as I liked the colours and light.

Hoping everyone is keeping well and having a nice weekend despite the increased restrictions coming into force today. We will get there, I do believe there is light at the end of the tunnel. The nights will lighten too after Monday so that will lift our spirits.
