Festive garden

This Holly bush is at the front of our house. This year it is laden with berries. We have many other Holly trees in the garden but none with so many berries. The wild birds are working their way through them.

This morning Izzy and Tilly came so that their parents could catch up on some Christmas preparations. They enjoyed the peace and watched a festive film. Then we dropped them home after lunch This afternoon they went with Mum and dad on a puzzle adventure to save Christmas. They had great fun and managed to complete the adventure.

It is sad to see the problems the virus is causing all around us. Jersey, our fellow Channel Island is now in a mess which is sad. The rules here have been very strict from the beginning. Today there is one new case found by testing a traveller on day 13 of isolation. It shows that isolation works.
