Pencarrow cycle

Took the bikes to Eastbourne and cycled out towards Pencarrow Head. We didn't make it as far as the lighthouse as there was a brisk head wind and lots of moaning from the younger two. We certainly shifted once we turned around and the wind was at our backs! Back into Eastbourne by 4pm and time for ice-cream :)
