Definitely a day of varying emotions today. One good thing though was I had another try on the bike. Due to a combination of frosty roads and a sore foot and ankle I've not been on it for a couple of weeks now apart from one trip round the block last week. I didn't go that far but it was lovely to realise that although I could still feel my foot a bit it was so much better than last week. I'm looking forward to getting out and about on it the next couple of weeks. Just a wee trip to Halfords first to sort the brakes though as I'm pretty sure you shouldnt be able to keep going after you press the brakes full on!
