Salford Wetlands (again)

Out for a run first thing, I was surprised to find I had the Salford Wetlands to myself apart from one beautifully and traditionally dressed old Jewish gentleman who was coming up the stairs on the western side as I trotted past.

(I think those two white towers to the right are the ones that @intothehills mentioned in his comment on the first photo I posted from here.)

At lunchtime, I met up with Hannah at the Costa near her flat, whence we bought coffees before taking a stroll along the canals. We chatted, of course, about the virus, and the challenges of such a limited social group.

And it's horrible, feeling powerless to help your children is any useful way. I have to remember that most of them are adults now and asking them all to move back home isn't really a solution!
