Thank you

...so much for all the stars, hearts, and kind words on my 365th blip yesterday. Wow! You all really made my day. The snowman's really excited to be on the popular page, too. 

I borrowed his earmuffs and walked up the hill late this afternoon with W. The road's clear but the snow alongside isn't going anywhere fast, so we can keep enjoying the scenery without worrying about difficulty when we drive. The snow surface is glittery with fallen ice shards, but many trees are still coated. W. and I also visited our county's animal shelter and are thinking of adopting a sweet little black cat; we have to let them know tomorrow. I'm all for it but the decision waits with W. as he's the one waffling. It would be a surprise for the kids.
