Five Days 'till Christmas 2020

Remembrance Sunday.  Fourth Advent Candle.  Today in our church we remember family members who have passed away during the year.  We are each asked to bring a long stemmed flower in remembrance of our loved ones.  For me, I remember the passing of my only brother, in January of this year.  We lit the fourth Advent candle, which is Joy.  The pink candle is called the Shepherd's candle and represents 'Joy'

All the hymns today were Christmas Carols, including 'Away in a Manger'.

I walked home from church, but not enough steps, so we are going to do a top up shop, which will complete 10,000 steps today.  Looking forward to our walk tomorrow, not sure what we will be doing!
