The end of Number 20 at Knipe Point

For several years now Kane Cunningham, an Artist in Scarborough has watched the cliff edge creep closer and closer to his studio property at Knipe Point. Only days ago a demolition order was slapped on the building, regarded as being precariously balanced on the cliff edge and dangerous. This photograph is an epitaph for a building that is no more. Kane is a victim of circumstance but he is also an opportunist and an entrepreneur.
