WALK.

We chatted to Tony’s sister on zoom this morning then we went for a long walk while the sun was out. When Greg was first in the hospital his blood pressure was very high but now after being on the medication. It was very low and the alarm by his bed kept going off last night. So I’m really pleased he’s in hospital and not at home because we wouldn’t have known it was so low. I’m going to prepare the vegetables for our evening meal now because we’re having beef today. Then I’m going to read my book. I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend.
