I went to Waitrose to get a few bits and pieces this afternoon. I was looking for chocolate tiffin that I’d seen advertised. The lady at customer services said that they weren’t getting any in and was very apologetic. Then she said I can give you these instead though and handed me a bunch a white tulips. Such a kind thing to do. Actually made my day!
