Negroni time....

My Dad used to make the most lethal Negronis...... it used to be one of my favourites. (Gin, Campari and Martini and soda) We decided we needed a treat today. It also looks very pretty in the glass. When we lived in London, there was a great place in Green Park we used go to for the Happy Hour. Of course we could drink a bit more then! It just makes me go to sleep now!

Mark saw an otter in the river today. We’d heard they were around, but it’s the first time we’ve seen them. I managed 14k on my exercise bike today
